Cream of Wheat

Hot Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cream of wheat (wheatlets)
  • 1 cup cold water with a dash of salt
  • honey
  • milk

Cook, Mix, and Serve

  1. Add 1/4 cup cream of wheat (sometimes called wheatlets) to 1 cup cold water in pot with dash of salt.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
  3. Turn heat down to simmer and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Empty into bowl, cool for a few minutes and serve with honey & milk.
